Purification of the joints with rice


riceNowadays there are a lot of people who feel pain or discomfort caused by accumulation of sault in their joints and spine. There are so many different methods with the help of which it’s possible to dissolve salt.

One of the most effective ways to do this, is cleansing of joints with rice.

Boiled rice has the ability to "pull" the salt out of the joints. The longer rice is socked in water, the better effect is.

How to clean the joints with rice

You should put two tablespoons of rice into a half – liter jar for 24 hours. The next day this rice should be washed and put again into a jar with fresh water. Take another jar and put  two more  tablespoons of rinsed rice into it. Over a period of 5 days you should repeat these steps until the number of jars of rice is five. Don’t forget to change the water in all the jars every day.

On the sixth day cook porridge of the rice from the first jar and eat it without bread and salt. After taking porridge you mustn’t eat or drink anything for four hours. Then again put two tablespoons of rice into the released jar and soak it as well.

The duration of treatment is 40 days.

It is necessary to cleanse the joints of salt by rice once a year. For example, it is easy to be done during lent, in the early spring. But whatever time of a year you cleanse the joints of salt in such a way, the result will be excellent.

Comments to the purification of the joints with rice

1. Prolonged soaking of the rice provoke getting rid of starch (carbohydrate). Thus, grains of rice become excellent sorbent. Beans rice contains fiber with good absorbent ability. And taking all this into account we can conclude that to use unpolished oblong rice is the best way of cleansing the joints.

2. Please, note that this diet has side effects as well. As rice is a great absorbent then it absorb not only salt from our body, but also salts of potassium, which is essential for normal functioning of the body. For this reason, during the rice cleansing, you must eat food with high potassium content (dried apricots, raisins, figs, and baked potato - only the young).

You can also eat millet porridge. First millet should be fried a little bit without changing the color and only then porridge should be cooked. Porridge cooked in such a way replenishes the body with potassium, taken out of it by rice.

3. This cleaning of body with rice is fine for the fact that there are no contraindications, so it can be done by everybody without exception. Try it!
