Kefir diet

KefirKefir diet is strict but popular diet. Before using of kefir diet consult a doctor. This diet is unwelcome for long use.

Kefir on its own is an absolutely better-for-you product since it provides steady weight loss.

Regular kefir consumption improves gastrointestinal microflora, purifies from slags and is beneficial for the whole organism.

There are different types of kefir diet.

Kefir diet 1

Pure mono-diet: take about 1.5 l of fresh kefir without sugar in 5-6 stages in equal time intervals. The duration of the diet – 3 days.

Kefir diet 2

Take about 1.5 l of fresh kefir without sugar in 5-6 stages in equal time intervals adding 500 g of sweet fruit and vegetables. The diet duration– 5-6 days.

Kefir diet 3

1st day: five boiled potatoes and 1.5 l of kefir.
2nd day: 100 g of boiled hen and 1.5 l of kefir.
3rd day: 100 g of boiled meat and 1.5 l of kefir.
4th  day: 100 g of boiled fish and 1.5 l of kefir.
5th day: fruit and vegetables except for bananas and grapes, plus 1.5 l of kefir.
6th day: kefir only.
7th day: mineral water.

Nothing more is allowed to eat during these days and the mentioned meals should be salt and sugar free.

Repeat the diet not earlier than in a month, better in two months.

Striped kefir diet

Striped kefir diet is tolerant. Weight loss depends on constitutional peculiarity. The essence of the diet is simple. Take nonfat kefir (1%) for the first day, for the second – eat any products without limitations. Then alternate the first and the second days. Kefir can be taken in any amount.
