Rice diet to lose weight fast


RiceRice is capable of absorbing and deriving from the body salts, slags and other harmful matters.

That is the essence of a two-week rice diet which cleans the body.

During the diet exclude from the ration fat and spicy food since they prevent from depriving of harmful matters.

During the period take daily kalium pills because rice deprives kalium as well.


Rice diet 1

The most extreme way: boil a glass of rice and eat it in small amounts during the day washing down with apple juice. If the hunger is strong you can take 2-3 apples. The duration of the diet is 1-3 days.


Rice diet 2

Boil 250 g of rice and divide it for 3 intakes, for example, for breakfast and lunch – 100 g each, for dinner leave 50 g. For breakfast mix rice with a glass on non-fat yogurt or curdled milk and add not more than a teaspoon of honey.

For lunch alongside rice you can take 100-150 g of lean meat, chicken or fish cooked without fat. For dinner mix rice with vegetables, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil.


Rice diet 3

Keep to the diet for minimum of 3 days, maximum – for two weeks.

1st day:
Breakfast: an apple, rice (60 g of dry rice) with twist of lemon and several drops of lemon juice, green tea.
Lunch: clear vegetable soup, vegetable salad (150 g), rice with greenery, fruit vinegar (1 teaspoon) and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Dinner: clear vegetable soup, steamed rice with carrot and marrow.

2nd day:
Breakfast: orange, rice with twist of lemon and 1 teaspoon of sour cream.
Lunch: clear vegetable soup with cooked vegetables and a portion of rice.
Dinner: same as lunch.

3rd day:
Breakfast: peach, rice, dredged with cinnamon.
Lunch: clear vegetable soup, cucumber salad with vinegar and olive oil, rice with 150 g of fried mushroom on olive oil.
Dinner: clear vegetable soup, steamed rice with broccoli.

4th day:
Breakfast: fruit salad with 1-2 table spoons of rice flakes, rice with milk or dairy cream.
Lunch: clear vegetable soup, cucumber salad with vinegar and olive oil, rice with 150 g of fried mushroom on olive oil.
Dinner: clear vegetable soup, rice with parsley and a pinch of sunflower seeds.

5th day:
Breakfast: rice with grapes or raisins and 1 teaspoon of almond paste.
Lunch: clear vegetable soup, steamed rice with greenery with a table spoon of olive oil.
Dinner: clear vegetable soup, steamed rice with 1 table spoon of milled walnuts, 2 table spoons of green onion and 2 table spoons of grated celeriac or parsley, spinach.

6th day:
Breakfast: rice + 2 dates, 4 walnuts, 1-2 figs and 1 peach.
Lunch: clear vegetable soup, rice with fresh vegetables (cucumber, sweet pepper), spearmint and a table spoon of olive oil.
Dinner: clear vegetable soup,  rice with 1-2 cut apples, 1 table spoon of dairy cream or sour cream and ? teaspoon of honey.

7th day:
Breakfast: rice with an apple and a peach, several drops of lemon and a teaspoon of honey, ? portions of yougurt.
Lunch: clear vegetable soup, portion of green salad, steamed rice with 1 tomato and green bean.
Dinner: clear vegetable soup, steamed rice with marrow, 1 teaspoon of unrefined olive oil.

Mineral water, green tea, fresh juice are allowed between meals.
