French diet plan productsThe duration of French diet is two weeks. The basis for weight loss at French diet is low-calorie food.

The ration of French diet is strictly determined, no deviations allowed. French diet can lead to 4 kg of weight loss per week (8 kg during the diet).

The grounds of French diet is: fish, dietetic meat, eggs, vegetables, greenery, fruit, rye bread (toasts).

Prohibited: bakery and confectionery, sugar, fruit juices, salt, alcohol.


Two weeks French diet menu:

1st day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free.
Lunch: 1 tomato, two eggs salad with salad leaves.
Dinner: nonfat boiled meat (beef) salad – 100 g of salad leaves.

2nd day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free and a small piece of rye bread.
Lunch: 100 g of boiled beef.
Dinner: cooked sausage salad - 100 g of salad leaves.

3rd day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free.
Lunch: one medium-size fried on vegetable oil carrot, 1 tomato and 1 mandarin.
Dinner: cooked sausage salad - 100 g, two eggs and salad leaves.

4th day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free and a small piece of rye bread.
Lunch: one medium-size fresh carrot, 100 g of cheese, one egg.
Dinner: fruit and a grass of ordinary kefir.

5th day
Breakfast: one medium-size fresh carrot with freshly squeezed one lemon juice.
Lunch: one tomato and 100 g of cooked fish.
Dinner: 100 g of cooked beef.

6th day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free.
Lunch: 100 g of cooked chicken and salad leaves.
Dinner: 100 g of cooked beef.

7th day
Breakfast: sugar free green tea.
Lunch: 100 g of cooked beef, one orange.
Dinner: 100 g of cooked sausage.

8th day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free.
Lunch: 1 tomato, two eggs salad, salad leaves.
Dinner: nonfat cooked meat (beef) salad – 100 g and salad leaves.

9th day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free and a small piece of rye bread.
Lunch: 100 g of cooked beef.
Dinner: 100 g of cooked sausage salad, salad leaves.

10th day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free and a small piece of rye bread.
Lunch: one medium-size fried on vegetable oil carrot, 1 tomato and 1 orange.
Dinner: 100 g of cooked sausage, 2 eggs and salad leaves.

11th day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free and a small piece of rye bread.
Lunch: one medium-size fresh carrot, 100 g of cheese, one egg.
Dinner: fruit and a glass of ordinary kefir.

12th day
Breakfast: one medium-size fresh carrot with freshly squeezed one lemon juice.
Lunch: one tomato and 100 g of cooked fish.
Dinner: 100 g of cooked beef.

13th day
Breakfast: coffee sugar free.
Lunch: 100 g of cooked chicken and salad leaves.
Dinner: 100 g of cooked beef.

14th day
Breakfast: sugar free green tea.
Lunch: 100 g of cooked beef, one mandarin.
Dinner: 100 g of cooked sausage.
