The key factor of watermelon diet: watermelon – is a strong diuretic agent, and when you consume watermelon, toxins, waste and fat come out from the body. But the diet is not indicated for people with diabetes, kidneys diseases. Watermelon delivers loads to kidneys.
First type of watermelon diet presupposes consumption of water and watermelon only and lasts for five days. The daily menu: divide your weight by 10. This will be the quantity of taken watermelon per day. Eat watermelon every 3 hours, 5-6 times a day.
If you choose the second type of watermelon diet add to meals two small pieces of rye bread. This type of the diet is longer, it lasts for 8-10 days. Do not exceed this duration but to strengthen the effect take nonfat products during 10 days after the diet – cereals, chicken, fish, greenery, vegetables, eggs, curd.
Breakfast – no sweet oat meals and a piece of cheese (25 grams).
Lunch – 150-200 g of cooked chicken or fish, some vegetable salad without dressing and salt.
Dinner – 500-800 g of watermelon.
