8th day - squeeze 6 lemons into 6 glasses of water.
9th day - squeeze 5 lemons into 5 glasses of water.
10th day - squeeze 4 lemons into 4 glasses of water.
11th day - squeeze 3 lemons into 3 glasses of water.
12th day - squeeze 2 lemons into 2 glasses of water.
13th day - squeeze 1 lemon into 1 glass of water.
14th day - squeeze 3 lemons into a 3-liter tin of water, add a spoon of honey and drink out during the day.


8 basic principles of the lemon diet determined by the researches

  1. Take lemon juice in the morning with warm water. Lemon acid will promote digestive system operation for the whole day. Take 6-8 glasses of water per day.
  2. Take wine, but in limited amounts. Avoid taking tea or coffee as well as fountain drinks and non-natural juices. Eat not less than 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day.
