Day 2

Breakfast:

  • ground beef, 4 oz, mixed with spices, 1 oz of onion, 1 oz of low carb fried in butter or olive oil vegetables
  • sugar free spiced tea with heavy cream


Lunch:

  • baked halibut, 4 oz with dill butter sauce
  • cauliflower, 1 cup sauteed in butter or olive oil
  • greenery, 1 cup with green cheese, 1 table spoon of fat dressing
  • water or sparkling water sugar free


Dinner:

  • baked pork, 6 oz, in garlic cream
  • shredded cabbage sauteed in butter, 2 cups
  • greenery salad with low carb, high fat dressing
  • water or sparkling water sugar free
  • coffee with heavy cream


Day 3

Breakfast:

  • chocolate whey protein powder shake
  • sugar free almond milk, 16 oz
  • heavy cream, 2 oz


Lunch:

  • smoked ham, 1 oz
  • sliced summer squash, 1 cup
  • greenery salad, 1 cup, with olive oil and vinegar
  • water or sparkling water sugar free


Dinner:

  • salmon, 4 oz with parmesan
  • spinach sauteed with onions and garlic, 2 cup
  • greenery salad with low carb, high fat dressing
  • water or sparkling water sugar free
  • coffee with heavy cream

The essence of a ketogenic diet menu is that you eat some protein, add fat as much as you like and consume low carb vegetables. Despite of fat intake the ketogenic diet is a good way to weight loss.
