The aerobic program itself consists of eight little parts and lasts for 30 minutes. First comes warming up and flexibility exercise at the end which represents fully functional cardio training.

You can go in for aerobics at home even daily if you plan to lose weight quickly or 2-3 times a week interchanging with strength training. For sure do workouts in sporting shoes otherwise in 1-2 training sessions you will feel pain in ankles.
