Buttocks workout (fitness video)

Butts workout with Alessandra AmbrosioAlessandra Ambrosio, Victoria’s Secret show super model and her personal coach Leandro Carvalho demonstrate a set of exercises for buttocks.

Alessandra is in perfect trim since she trains regularly and rides surf-board. Her height is 177 cm, weight – 51 kg, vitals: 86 – 61 – 86.

Alessandra will demonstrate a remarkable buttocks workout with a complex of exercises worked out by her personal coach Leandro Carvalho.

The sequence of Victoria’s Secret model workout:

  • First we star with warm up. Warming up before every training is very important! Move together with Alessandra in dance rhythm!
  • For the next exercise use rubber band on legs to create resistance and continue dancing.
  • The third exercise is taken from capoeira (Brazil martial art) which will make your buttocks rounder and tougher as Leandro Carvalho says. Start slowly increasing the tempo with every repetition.
  • Put on ankle weights for the fourth exercise.
  • The last exercise is done on the side of your body lifting your legs again with ankle weights doing 20 repetitions for each leg.

Repeat each exercise as many times as you can, train regularly and soon all will envy your buttocks!
