How to go in for home fitness with maximum effect:

  1. Warm up your body before fitness training. You will need to be plastic to reach most fitness effect. Stretches are goof after exercises.
  2. When doing exercises muscles must be tensed. You are to feel the location of your training. You are to feel it at any exercise doing. If you feel tired – stop the exercise or replace it with another one.
  3. At going in for fitness check your breathing. Do not hold it. Breathe in by nose and breathe out by mouth at the most hard stage of training.
  4. If you feel pain during workouts – it is a good sign. But learn to differ beneficial pain from harmful. Harmful pain can occur as convulsion in places which you do not train. If so, stop exercises, massage the area and try to find out the reason.
  5. Start fitness training not less than 1-2 hours after meals.
  6. Keep to correct nutrition.
  7. Drink water sufficient.
