Benefits of orange

Orange contains vitamins A, B1, B2, C, PP and microelements such as magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, calcium and iron. They promote blood cleanse, tone up the body, improves appetite. Unsafe features of orange

Orange can be harmful to your organism. It is prohibited to consume orange for those suffering from digestion system diseases, mainly from gastric ulcer.

The excessive consumption of orange can lead to diabetes. Orange is not compatible with weight loss diet since it contains much sugar.
