Benefits of raisins

Raisins are very rich in potassium: 100 g of the product contain 860 mg of potassium. Raisins also contain phosphorus, soda, calcium, iron and vitamins B1, B2, B5, PP.

Nicotinic acid (PP vitamin) is an essential part of ferments promoting cells breathing and regulating nervous system. So raisins – is a depressant drug.
