Calories in drinks


DrinksThe suggested chart contains calorific value of milk, kefir, stewed fruit, cocoa and other drinks so that you could plan your everyday menu depending on your daily calorie consumption.

You can calculate daily calorie norm with the help of Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculator.

The number of calories in the chart is calculated for 100 g of a drink, so do not forget to double the calories if you use 200-gram glasses.
