Third, you mustn’t eat fatty food and sweets, salt should be replaced by garlic.

If you eat radishes salad in season every day following the recommendations above, you can easily lose 3-4 kg per month, getting a good health as well.

  • Radishes salad with basil. Put sliced radisheses into a bowl. Then add some chopped, thoroughly washed basil. Sprinkle all this with lemon juice and season it with olive oil. If for breakfast you eat this salad with buckwheat, the effect will be very positive. The only condition is not to eat "bad" food.
  • Salad with white radishes and garden radishes. All the vegetable should be rubbed on a coarse grater, slightly salted (very little) and sprinkled with olive oil.
  • Radishes salad with carrots. Cut all the ingredients into strips, sprinkle them with lemon and season with vegetable oil. You can also add an apple of sour-sweet varieties.
